  • Gordon Toll, B.E. (Hons), M.Sc., FAusIMM
    Chairman

    Mr Toll is a vastly knowledgeable mining entrepreneur with experience in Asia, Europe, Americas, Africa, and Australia. He is a world recognised expert in fund raising for mining projects and has been intimately involved with the raising of over US $5 billion in the last 10 years.

    In a career of over 42 years in the global Energy, Mineral and Chemicals businesses, he has through specific experience gained key skills in the areas of Acquisitions and New Business, Company/Business Turnaround, and General Management at all levels.

  • Dr. Mark White
    Development Director

    Dr White has industry experience in Asia, Europe, Americas, Africa, and Australia.

    His particular expertise includes

    -Management of large resource projects
    -Technical expertise in base and precious metals, iron ore, coal, mineral sands, light metals, and oil shales
    -Extensive cross cover of infrastructure including ports, railways, long distance overland conveyors, slurry pipelines, power generation, water supply, residential accommodation, and waste systems.
  • John Allen
    Commercial Director

    John's expertise is in providing strategic advice on joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, equity, hybrid and debt raisings and complex commercial transactions in Australia and Asia.

    John was a Partner in Allen, Allen & Hemsley, Lawyers, for 16 years and Executive Director of Technology Transactions Limited for two and a half years. He was a member of the Australia China Council from 1998 to 2007. John was also the National President of the Australia China Business Council in 1996 - 97 and a Senior Vice President through to 2003. He was a Director of CITIC Australia Pty Ltd from 1986 to 2004, and has been a Director and Chairman of a number of public and private companies. He is Chairman of the China Research Centre at the University of Technology, Sydney.

    John obtained his Master of Laws from Harvard University, having been awarded a Frank Knox Fellowship. He has a Bachelor of Arts, and Laws (with Honours) from Sydney University.

    John also worked at major law firms in Washington DC and Tokyo and has been a visiting lecturer at a number of Universities. He is a Fellow of the University of Technology, Sydney.

    Project Director

    Bob has 37 years of experience in linear infrastructure with a particular emphasis on pipelines. He has been involved in construction or operation of linear facilities in over 15 countries.

  • Tom Lingard
    Land Manager

    Tom has over 29 years of experience in the pipeline area including considerable experience in pipeline survey, route selection, cultural heritage and land management, pipeline construction and operational interface safety and auditing, front end supervision and land management, clean up supervision and land management, and natural gas pipeline operations and maintenance.

  • Tim Riley
    Engineering Advisor

    Tim, a mechanical and chemical engineer, has 43 years of experience in mineral processing with a particular emphasis on large hydrometallurgical plants, including the design of long slurry pipelines. He has been the engineering manager on a number of very large projects.

  • Richard Wood

    Richard has 25 years of experience in the field of land use planning and land management including experience in Strategic land use planning, major industrial land planning and management, development assessment and approvals, and project management.
